Smart CF-03 Intelligent Cupellation Furnace is developed by Luoyang Turner High Temperature Instrument Co., Ltd. in collaboration with the National Gold & Diamond Products Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, in compliance with the national standard GB/T9288 (fire assay method for gold arbitration analysis). Extensive fire assay cupellation tests were conducted using 24K gold and various 18K gold samples. Experimental results demonstrate that the furnace features a rational structural design, precise temperature and air control, and fully realizes the concept of oxidative cupellation. With refined automated programming, accurate temperature regulation, minimal thermal fluctuations, and excellent temperature uniformity, the furnace offers high automation and a user-friendly interface. The resulting gold-silver alloy particles exhibit uniform morphology, smooth spherical surfaces, and strong metallic texture, superior to those produced by conventional high-temperature muffle furnaces. Field tests confirm that the product meets all design requirements, delivering outstanding performance, reproducibility, and minimal experimental error, filling a gap in domestic cupellation furnace manufacturing.
