TNKRZ-01 Servo Electric Cylinder Constant-Force Sample Preparation Machine for Melting Point and Melting Rate Analysis is an automated sample preparation device developed independently by Luoyang Turner High Temperature Instruments Co., Ltd., specifically designed for testing the melting point and melting rate of mold powder . This device features a touch-screen human-machine interface that is user-friendly and easy to operate. Utilizing a programmable controller in conjunction with high-precision force sensors, it achieves precise force measurement and real-time feedback, while also enabling precise control over the servo electric cylinder mechanism. This effectively ensures consistent sample preparation quality, thereby achieving standardization and uniformity in the sample preparation process.
1 Product Features
1.1 Adopting modern industrial design concepts, the pressing part and control unit are designed as an integrated countertop. The overall layout of the machine is reasonable, with a compact size and stylish appearance.
1.2 Equipped with a user-friendly touchscreen Human-Machine Interface (HMI), the system supports data input, numerical display, real-time monitoring of operating status, and touch-based operational control, ensuring simple and intuitive operation. Utilizing a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) in conjunction with high-precision force sensors, the device achieves precise force measurement and real-time feedback. It exercises precise control over the servo electric cylinder mechanism, thereby ensuring stable and reliable sample preparation quality and facilitating the standardization and uniformity of the sample preparation process.
1.3 It supports the independent configuration of parameters such as pre-pressing pressure, compaction pressure, ejection pressure, rapid descent distance, and slow compaction speed, enabling precise pressure control and rapid resetting upon the completion of the pre-pressing, compaction, and ejection cycles.
1.4 Equipped with maximum pressure protection and limit functions, the system ensures safe and reliable operation of the equipment, effectively preventing damage caused by operational mistakes.
