The TNKMY Vibratory Disc Mill is a sample grinding equipment designed and manufactured by Luoyang Turner High Temperature Instrument for laboratory XRF spectral analysis. This series of Vibratory Disc Mill can quickly and losslessly grind samples with certain particle size, and can be widely used in grinding samples of various materials. The sample particle size is uniform after grinding, which can well meet the requirements of XRF analysis for sample particle size and uniformity.
The Vibratory Disc Mill adopts an independent suspension vibration system, which is coordinated by horizontal tension springs and vertical compression springs. The horizontal tension spring provides effective grinding force, and the vertical compression spring reduces mechanical vibration and noise. The eccentric mechanism is designed to ensure the grinding container is always in an efficient circular motion trajectory with great grinding capacity. The impact force generated by this vibration motion acts on the sample, achieving the grinding of the sample within 1 to 3 minutes.

4. The gas springs support the safety protection door, and the door closing limit switch ensures that the equipment can only be started when the door is closed to prevent operator from mechanical damage.
5. The equipment is designed for sound insulation and noise reduction. The equipment is lined with high-grade sound insulation board, which isolates the noise generated during the grinding process inside the equipment.
6. There are many materials for grinding container to choose from, such as tungsten carbide, high chromium steel, high manganese steel, zirconium oxide, agate, and corundum. The most common material used for grinding container is tungsten carbide.
