Product Introduction
TNKMF-01A muffle furnace is designed and manufactured by Luoyang Turner High Temperature Instrument. It has a compact appearance and can be placed in a fume hood or on a laboratory bench. It takes up limited space and has a reasonable structural design. It uses silicon carbon rods as heating elements. It uses high-grade refractory materials in the furnace, which is heat-insulating and energy-saving. It uses S-type platinum-rhodium thermocouple with diameter of 0.5mm as a temperature measuring element. A corrosive gas exhaust channel is configured behind the furnace to discharge the generated corrosive gas in time.
Product Features
1. The heating elements use high-quality silicon carbon rods. Resistance wires are not used. Resistance wires have a short life, will deform after long-term use, and replacement is cumbersome. Silicon carbon rods are made of silicon carbide and have strong corrosion resistance.
2. Multi-layer insulation materials have the characteristics of good insulation and less heat absorption, which plays a role in energy saving and consumption reduction.
3. The wide working temperature range allows equipment can be widely used in steel, alloys, chemicals, geology, cement, ceramics, refractory materials and other industries.
4. An S-type platinum-rhodium thermocouple with diameter of 0.5mm is used as the temperature measuring element, which allows accurate temperature measurement and long service life.
5. There is a corrosion-resistant panel at the bottom of the furnace chamber to prevent the chamber bottom from sample splashing and corrosion.
6. A corrosive gas exhaust channel is configured behind the furnace to discharge the generated corrosive gas in time.
