High-Temperature Physical Property Tester This is a physical property testing instrument used in chemistry, materials science, metallurgical engineering technology, physics, and other fields. The following describes the applications of high-temperature physical property testers and precision high-temperature contact angle measuring instruments.
1. Measure the wettability of liquid metal on the substrate under high-temperature vacuum conditions, and evaluate the wetting process and adhesion performance of different materials under high-temperature vacuum conditions.

1. External and internal dual temperature monitoring system, which can detect the temperature inside the heating furnace in real time.
2. It has a special high-temperature left and right contact angle fitting, using the differential circle method fitting, with an accuracy of ±1℃.
3. 1700℃ under normal temperature and pressure, 1500℃ under normal temperature and vacuum.
4. Equipped with a dual-channel inert protection device, some process gases can be used to protect the internal metal simultaneously or individually.

High-temperature physical property tester wetting process
After heating to 1320℃ and melting, the contact angle between the alloy and the metal substrate surface is 47.6°, showing hydrophilicity. Using special high-temperature left and right contact angle fitting, using differential circle fitting, the wettability angle of metal samples in a high-temperature environment can be easily measured, with an accuracy of up to ±1°.
