   High-Temperature Material Property Tester The working principle of a commonly mentioned temperature tester is to accurately determine and measure temperature, based on different temperature-sensing substances and temperature ranges. A high-temperature material property tester is a tool that accurately determines and measures temperature. It is divided into pointer thermometers and digital thermometers.

  The working principle of a high-temperature material property tester is based on various thermometers designed and manufactured for different purposes. The design is based on: the thermal expansion and contraction of solids, liquids, and gases under the influence of temperature; the change in gas (or vapor) pressure with temperature at constant volume; the influence of the thermoelectric effect; the change in resistance with temperature; and the influence of thermal radiation. Generally speaking, any physical property of any substance that changes monotonically and significantly with temperature can be used to mark temperature and make a thermometer.

  With the development of science and technology and the needs of modern industrial technology, the technology of various thermometers has been continuously improved. As the temperature measurement range becomes wider and wider, different temperature measuring instruments are manufactured according to different requirements.   The high-temperature material property tester mainly consists of a host timer, signal receiver, standard test plate, standard loading plate, standard weights, sample hanging beam bracket, standard pressure roller, etc. The testing principle is to vertically hang the test plate containing the adhesive sample on the test rack, with a specified weight hanging from the lower end. The peel resistance of the adhesive sample is characterized by the displacement of the sample after a certain time or when the sample is completely separated. It is suitable for adhesion tests of pressure-sensitive tapes, self-adhesive tapes, pastes, hot-melt adhesives, etc. The test plate with the sample is vertically hung on the test rack, and a specified weight is hung from the lower end. The displacement of the sample after a period of time or when the sample is completely separated can be used to characterize the peel resistance of the tape.

  Working principle of the high-temperature material property tester:

  A static load test is performed on the adhesive strength of the tape. Under a certain load and temperature, the time the tape can maintain adhesion is automatically timed to confirm the effectiveness of the tape adhesion. A 1-inch wide strip of tape is attached to a specified SUS#304 stainless steel plate, and is rolled back and forth three times with a 2kg standard roller at a speed of 300mm per minute. The steel plate is hung on the testing machine, and the specified weight is added. When the tape falls off the steel plate, the timer automatically retains the test time, which is used to evaluate the durability of the tape adhesion. The detection program is applied to the Windows operating system. The operator inputs the corresponding data according to the computer's requirements, and the computer automatically enters the corresponding work program. After the detection is completed, the detection results are printed out.
