1. We generally recommend placing the high and low temperature test chamber in an environment with a temperature of 8℃~28℃. For laboratories that do not have this condition, appropriate air conditioners must be equipped.

2. Adhere to dedicated personnel management and maintenance. Units with the conditions should send dedicated personnel to the supplier's factory for training from time to time to obtain better maintenance and repair experience and capabilities.

3. Clean the condenser every 3 months. For compressors using air cooling, the condenser fan should be regularly inspected and the condenser should be cleaned to ensure good ventilation and heat exchange performance. For compressors using water cooling, in addition to ensuring the water inlet pressure and water inlet temperature, the corresponding flow rate must also be ensured, and the inside of the condenser should be regularly cleaned and descaled to obtain its continuous heat exchange performance.

4. Regularly clean the evaporator: Due to the different cleanliness levels of the test samples, a lot of dust and other small particles will condense on the evaporator under the action of forced air circulation, so regular cleaning should be carried out.

5. Cleaning and balancing of circulating fan blades and condenser fans are similar to cleaning the evaporator. Due to the different working environments of the test chamber, a lot of dust and other small particles will condense on the circulating fan blades and condenser fans, so regular cleaning should be carried out.

6. Cleaning of water pipes and humidifiers: If the water pipes are not smooth and the humidifier is scaled, it is easy to cause the humidifier to burn dry, which may damage the humidifier. Therefore, the water pipes and humidifier must be cleaned regularly.

7. After each test, set the temperature to near the ambient temperature, operate for about 30 minutes before turning off the power, and wipe clean the inner wall of the working chamber.

8. When the equipment is not used for a long time, it should be powered on regularly every half month, and the power-on time should be no less than 1 hour.

Since the high and low temperature test chamber is basically composed of multiple systems such as electrical, refrigeration, and mechanical systems, once a problem occurs with the equipment, the entire equipment system should be comprehensively checked and comprehensively analyzed. Generally speaking, the process of analysis and judgment can be from the outside to the inside, that is, after eliminating external factors first, the equipment can be systematically decomposed according to the fault phenomenon. After the comprehensive analysis and judgment of the system, or the method of reverse deduction can be used to find the cause of the fault. First, check the electrical wiring diagram to see if there is a problem with the electrical system, and check if there is a problem with the refrigeration system. Before clarifying the cause of the fault, do not blindly disassemble or replace parts to avoid unnecessary trouble.
