Three correct ways to use a 10-ton electronic crane scale

A 10-ton electronic crane scale requires the use of an electric hoist in the application environment, generally used in steel plants, rolling mills, steel plants, flat rolling mills, bridge factories, heavy machinery plants, docks, etc. The correct usage of a 10-ton electronic crane scale is as follows:
1. When installing or replacing the battery of a 10-ton electronic crane scale, tighten the battery clip locking screws, check if the battery clip is firmly fixed to the scale body, then close and lock the crane scale door to prevent accidents. When the instrument displays low voltage, replace the battery pack immediately and charge the replaced battery in time to prevent battery damage. When the battery pack is not used for a long time, it should be charged at regular intervals. The battery should be stored in a dry, ventilated, and suitable temperature environment, and avoid contact with corrosive substances. When loading and unloading the battery pack connection line aviation socket, do not hold the wire clamp cap with your hand, but hold the base. On the other side, when connecting the power supply to the aviation plug on the transmitter, do not hold the wire clamp cap, but hold the rotatable cap on the head to prevent the power connection from loosening and causing malfunctions. Before turning on the power of the transmitting device, the antenna and its feeder line must be reliably connected; otherwise, the transmitting device will be damaged.
2. The inside of a 10-ton electronic crane scale contains many electronic components, such as integrated circuits, quartz crystals, sensors, and displays. When the electronic crane scale is subjected to a violent collision, these components may be damaged, causing electronic scale malfunctions, affecting accuracy, and affecting normal use. Avoid collisions between the scale body and other objects or dropping from a height. Handle the instrument gently and do not place it randomly to prevent unnecessary losses. When a 10-ton electronic crane scale is fixed on a crane, vibration reduction measures should be taken to avoid affecting reliability.
3. Do not arbitrarily remove parts from the 10-ton electronic crane scale. During normal use of the electronic crane scale, do not arbitrarily disassemble parts on the electronic scale, and do not open the sealed port on the sensor or disassemble integrated circuits and other components on the instrument. Necessary repairs must be carried out under the guidance of relevant technical personnel or after possessing certain repair knowledge to prevent the expansion of faults.
