  Fully Automatic Fusion Machine Widely applicable in industries such as steel, metallurgy, chemical engineering, geology, cement, ceramics, and refractory materials.   Applying advanced design concepts, it adopts a split table-top structure design for the heating furnace body and control components. The overall combination layout is reasonable, with small size and beautiful appearance.

  High-quality silicon carbide rod heating elements are used, and the heating temperature can reach 1250℃. This ensures the stable and long-lasting operation of the entire machine.

  The inner lining of the heating furnace uses high-quality refractory insulation materials. This ensures the efficient use of electric heat in the heating chamber and temperature stability.

  Real-time temperature measurement by thermocouple, PID constant temperature control, and PLC intelligent control. This ensures the control of the sample preparation process and superior sample quality.

  Full touch screen display operation, user-friendly human-machine interface, and minimal manual intervention. Simply load the sample, set the fusion curve via the touch screen, and the fusion process is automatically completed with one click.

  A user-adjustable automatic swing system is designed to ensure the uniformity and quality of the melt. The adjustable pouring mold forming system adapts to the sample preparation needs of different materials.

  The instrument is designed with multiple protections (overtemperature, swing movement limit protection, etc.). This makes the instrument safer and more stable.

  Pouring and casting are completed inside the furnace, reducing heat radiation to the human body. A forced air cooling system is designed to accelerate the cooling of the melt and improve efficiency.

  The entire machine features fast heating, energy saving, and stable operation, with an operating temperature of up to 1250℃. It has good temperature applicability for different sample materials, and the resulting samples are uniform, better meeting the requirements of XRF analysis.

  Four samples can be melted simultaneously at a time (users can also customize 6-sample models). The machine has a high cost performance.
