What should I do if the inverter circuit of the crucible is difficult to start?

Crucible During operation, the inverter circuit has difficulty starting. What is the reason? What should we do?
1. Water-cooled cable is broken, and the copper busbar output to the load is burned out.
2. Capacitor casing short circuit to ground: Check for water leakage, dust on the capacitor base, and whether the capacitor porcelain base is missing.
3. Check whether the current transformer insulation is damaged. Remove the current transformer and check whether its insulation is good. Use a multimeter to measure whether the coil is burned out and check whether the wiring sequence is correct. If everything is normal, check whether the output value of the potentiometer used to adjust the current signal is too small, and then readjust the amplitude of the output current signal.
4. Induction coil short circuit to the arc furnace shell: The induction coil shell is loose, and there is too much dust in the furnace. The induction coil discharges through the furnace bottom, so the induction coil should be strengthened and the dust cleaned.
5. Turn-to-turn short circuit of the induction coil: If the induction coil has poor cooling effect for a long time, the insulation will be damaged, causing turn-to-turn short circuit. Conductive substances such as dust and oxide scale on the induction coil will also cause turn-to-turn short circuit. Arcing will occur when the medium-frequency power supply is started. Frequent arcing will damage the induction coil. Therefore, the surface debris of the induction coil should be cleaned, and insulating paint or asbestos board should be applied.
6. Short circuit of the copper busbar between the medium-frequency output end and the induction coil: Foreign objects or poor fixing of the copper busbar can cause a short circuit between the copper busbars.
7. Check whether the inverter angle of the inverter circuit is too small. If it is too small, adjust the inverter angle. If it is normal, check whether the current polarity is reversed. If not, check whether there is a trigger pulse for the inverter thyristor. If it is normal, check whether the inverter thyristor is damaged. If it is damaged, replace it with a thyristor of the same type and specification.
