High-Temperature Physical Property Tester Function and Application: Primarily measures the sintering, softening, melting, fluidity, and wettability of glass, ceramics, welding materials, and refractory materials at high temperatures. It quantitatively measures the softening point, hemispherical temperature, spherical temperature, and flow temperature of high-temperature melts, facilitating the setting of relevant basalt fiber production and drawing process parameters. It obtains high-temperature physical property parameters of various samples.
The main functions of the high-temperature physical property tester include:
1. High-temperature resistivity test: Measures the change in resistivity of materials from room temperature to high temperatures.
2. Thermal power test: Measures the thermal power absorbed or released by materials in a high-temperature environment.
3. Thermal expansion test: Detects the linear and volumetric expansion coefficients of materials as the temperature increases.
4. Phase transition temperature test: Determines the phase transition temperatures of materials, such as melting points and boiling points.
5. Specific heat test: Tests the isobaric specific heat capacity and constant-pressure specific heat capacity of materials.
6. Thermal conductivity test: Measures the thermal conductivity of materials at high temperatures.
7. Dynamic mechanical analysis: Studies the dynamic mechanical properties of materials at high temperatures, such as storage modulus and loss factor.
8. High-temperature tensile test: Tests the mechanical strength of materials at high temperatures, such as yield strength and tensile strength.
9. Contact angle test: Measures the contact angle between solid and liquid interfaces under high-temperature conditions.
10. High-temperature magnetization test: Detects the magnetic properties of materials in a high-temperature environment.
Through these tests, the high-temperature physical property indicators of materials are analyzed, providing data support for material development and application.
