1 Product Features
1.1 High Operational Reliability
The design features a tilting furnace body and an eccentrically spinning bracket, maximizing homogenization during the fusion process. High-quality silicon carbide heating elements and recrystallized silicon carbide holders allow for a maximum operating temperature of 1300°C, ensuring excellent fusion results even for refractory materials. With a temperature control precision of ±1°C, the system delivers high reproducibility in sample bead preparation, meeting the requirements for XRF analysis.
1.2 High Level of Automation
The specialized fusion HMI enables data input, numerical display, operational status monitoring, and system control. Users can select the fusion mode and preset fusion channels. Parameters such as fusion temperature, heating rate, holding time, furnace tilt angle, bracket rotation speed, and cooling time are all configurable.
1.3 Capable of multiple sample fusion modes
It offers a variety of sample fusion modes to meet user requirements for diverse application conditions. Automatic Operation Modes 1 and 2 allow for the configuration of up to 10 fusion channels. Automatic Operation Mode 2 features an intermediate release-agent addition function. Automatic Operation Mode 3 enables the configuration of a pre-oxidation channel to perform pre-oxidation operations.
1.4 Equipped with multiple protection functions
Features a comprehensive suite of protection functions, including current limiting, segmented power output settings, heating element failure detection, thermocouple break detection, over-temperature alarms, and over-travel alarms.
