The TNK MP-1600A High-Temperature Physical Property Tester, developed by Luoyang Turner High Temperature Instrument, complies with the national standard YB/T 186-2014 (Test Method for Melting Temperature of Continuous Casting Powder). Utilizing computer-aided testing technology, this automated equipment features scientific design, high automation, ease of operation, accurate results, excellent reproducibility, and minimal error. It integrates melting point and melting rate testing capabilities into a single device.
The human-machine interface supports multiple experimental configurations with one-button operation. Visual imaging technology replaces manual judgment, automatically determining slag temperature characteristics (melting point and melting rate). The system includes experiment replay, image browsing, and automated report generation.
