The TNK VIS-1600A High-Temperature Viscometer, developed and manufactured by Luoyang Turner High Temperature Instrument Co., Ltd., complies with the national standard YB/T185-2017 (Test Method for Viscosity of Continuous Casting powder). It is designed for precise viscosity measurement of high-temperature molten materials such as alloys, slags, hot-melt adhesives, asphalt, and wax. Equipped with an IKA®-imported sensor and integrated heating/cooling water bath, the device supports automatic calibration using castor oil as a standard medium.

● 4 castor oil calibration channels + 1 silicone oil custom channel for precise calibration.

● Polycrystalline ceramic fiber insulation ensures rapid heating, energy efficiency, and precise temperature control.
● Hybrid air/closed-loop water cooling system with auto start-stop for energy savings.
