Product Introduction
The TNKRY HF-A series induction fusion machine is a professional instrument for XRF spectrum analysis designed and manufactured by Luoyang Turner High Temperature Instrument. It can be widely used in steel, metallurgy, chemical industry, geology, cement, ceramic refractory materials, new materials and other industries. It adopts high-frequency induction heating technology, achieving extremely high heating rates. A high-precision infrared temperature measurement system, combined with PID intelligent temperature control, ensures precise temperature control during the fusion process. Rocking of crucible during the fusion process ensures reproducibility of the sample, automatic casting is available after fusion. The machine offers repeatable results for a variety of samples at different temperatures, meeting the requirements of various industry.
Product Features
1. High-frequency induction heating achieves much faster temperature rise than resistance heating，significantly improving sample preparation efficiency. The fusion crucible and molding crucible are heated by independent induction heating systems, enabling precise and independent heat control for fusion crucible and molding crucible. A thermocouple correction function allows for periodic correction of the infrared temperature measurement system.
2. Parameters such as temperature, duration, heating rate, crucible rocking speed, cooling airflow and pouring modes can all be changed depending on your needs.
3. Its full cold-to-cold operation ensures operators' safety, and its user interface is intuitive for both experienced users and beginners.
4. Heat-resistant ceramic tray loader are designed for both fusion and molding crucibles to extend their service life. These tray loader also ensure the stability of fusion crucible during rocking and pouring, and the levelness of molding crucible.
5. A built-in independent exhaust system remove harmful gases generated during fusion, significantly minimizing damage to the equipment caused by corrosive gas and protecting the operator from exposure.
6. Multiple safety protections, including over-temperature, over-voltage, over-current, water shortage etc to ensure safe and stable operation.
