TNK AF-05 Intelligent Fire Assay Fusion Furnace is an automated equipment developed by Luoyang Turner High Temperature Instrument Co., Ltd. for fire assay cupellation experiments on mineral gold. It complies with standards including ISO 10378-2005 (Determination of Gold in Copper, Lead, and Zinc Sulfide Concentrates by Fire Assay) and GB/T 3884.2-2012, YS/T 461.10-2013 (Fire Assay Method for Gold Determination in Copper, Lead, and Zinc Concentrates). The furnace holds multiple national patents and features a modular chamber design for easy disassembly and maintenance. Automatic air intake/exhaust control eliminates the need to open the furnace door, reducing exposure to lead oxide hazards. Patented accessories ensure precise and convenient sample handling.
The furnace exhibits minimal temperature fluctuations during operation, with excellent temperature uniformity. Its high automation and user-friendly interface simplify operation. Post-cupellation gold-silver alloy particles show uniform morphology, smooth spherical surfaces, and strong metallic texture, outperforming results from conventional muffle furnaces.
