Product Introduction
TNKYP-40T/60T pellet press is a professional equipment for XRF spectrum analysis designed and manufactured by Luoyang Turner High Temperature Instrument. It can be widely used in steel, metallurgy, chemical industry, geology, cement, ceramic refractory materials, new materials and other industries. The Equipment adopts a combination of PLC programmable controller and high-precision pressure sensor. The whole process is automatically controlled, which eliminates the interference of human factors on the test results and ensures the reproducibility of results. It has the function of automatic slow pressure increase and slow pressure release, which is conducive to the timely discharge of air from the sample during the pressing process and avoids the sample from being pulled apart and damaged due to instantaneous pressure loss. The touch screen real-time monitors and displays parameters such as pressure and time. It is simple and intuitive to operate. The whole process of pressing, holding pressure and demolding can be completed with one-button operation.
Product Features
1. Two pressure specifications of 40 tons and 60 tons are available, and a variety of sample molds are configured, including boric acid, steel ring, aluminum cup and plastic ring. Choose the appropriate mold according to the actual needs.
2. Adopt touch screen + PLC control, simple to operate. One-button operation can complete the whole process of sample pressing, pressure holding, and demolding.
3. Automatic slow pressure increase and slow pressure release functions are conducive to timely discharge of air from the sample during the pressing process and avoid the sample from being pulled apart and damaged due to instantaneous pressure loss. The slow pressure increase and slow pressure release parameters can be changed according to actual needs, which improves the quality of sample pressing and work efficiency.
4. The designed integrated hydraulic pipeline module not only makes assembly more convenient, but also significantly reduces the possibility of oil leakage.
5. The load-bearing parts are made of high-pressure resistant super-hard material and have been quenched and tempered.
6. The mold is made of super-hard and wear-resistant special alloy steel with long service life.
